Our technology of separating ferrous parts from bulk goods has been an important component of the recycling industry.
In 1953, we already built the first magnetic belt separator. Continuous research and development, high quality
materials and experienced specialists are decisive for setting new standards in future as well.
Please make use of our experience in order to optimize your plants with the latest magnetic systems.
Electro magnet overbelt separator type 452
Particularly spacy and long but also bulky ferrous parts can be separated from a continuous material flow by
magnetic belt separators. They are usually arranged longitudinally at the end of the conveyor belt or
across the conveyor belt. Electromagnets dispose of a large depth action.

Permanent magnet overbelt separator type 0452
Permanent magnets do not require current supply for the magnet block. They provide a very
good price-performance ratio.

Neodymium permanent magnet overbelt separator type 0452N
Neodym magnets are exemplary because of their extreme magnetic forces and their space-saving design.
They are especially designed for mobile crushers and shredders.

Elektro separator magnet type 461
If only small quantities of spacy and long ferrous parts are contained in bulk goods we recommend the use of separator magnets. Large depth action is achieved with particularly high-performing electromagnets. Electromagnets are switched off for removing ferrous parts.
Permanent separator magnet type 0461
Permanent separator magnets are efficient for working heights up to 350 mm. Mechanical cleaning devices for permanent magnets are available.
Magnetic drums type 421/427 and 0421/0421N
Magnetic components can be separated by magnetic drums from pourable and above all dry material.
The material is ideally supplied via a vibrating chute towards the drum as far as rotating
permanent drums (type 0421), neodym drums (type 0421N) as well as electro drums (type 421) are
concerned. The drum of series 427 for a lifting mode of operation is an electro drum with large
depth action for separating larger ferrous parts.

Magnetic pulleys type 431 and 0431/0431N
Magnetic pulleys instead of head pulleys are used in conveyor belts for separating medium-sized ferrous parts from bulk goods.
Subsequent assembly is possible without any problems. Apart from permanent pulleys (type 0431) that can also be made of
the particularly strong neodym magnets (type 0431N) electromagnetic pulleys (type 431) are used in special cases. The shaft
ends are designed according to the customers´ specifications.

Magnet plates
Our protective magnet plates are used for applications when only few ferrous parts or ferrous parts that can easily be separated must be attracted. The material to be conveyed is herefore led via the pole face on which the ferrous parts are seized. Our electro protective magnets (type 411) control layer heights up to 150 mm, permanent protective magnet plates (type 0411) up to 80 mm. Neodymium magnet plates generate very strong holding forces even in case of smallest constructional sizes.
