Control Electronics
After switching off the current a residual magnetism remains in the magnet
and the clamped work piece. Electronic pole reversal control units are
current supply and demagnetising devices for electrically-switched magnetic
systems at the same time.
Microprocessors control all functions and check the current continuously.
Additional parameters and special adjustments are possible through a monitoring
programme. We set new standards with continuous development.
In conformity with EC laws according to EMC-Directive 89/336/EWG
and Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EWG

• 3-phase mains connection
» symmetric mains load; no neutral conductor required
• short-circuit proof
» no hardware breakdown in case of cable break, or moisture penetrating into plug or magnet, etc.
• current-controlled
» highest precision by reproducable and constant magnetic force for a large temperature range
and independent of fluctuations in the mains voltage
• high switching dynamics
» quick switch on and off functions; quick demagnetizing
• Monitor program (option)
» easy adjustment of operating parameters to customer requirements
