Wagner Magnete expand their production capacity
With the laying of the foundation for a new portal milling machine, Wagner Magnete continue to advance the current
expansion of their production capacities.
Production manager Norbert Grötzschel explains: "A solid foundation is not only important for our new
processing centre, it is also the basis for healthy further development of our company. We continuously invest in
the expansion of our production capacity."
With the recently completed plant expansions and the new machines that were ordered, Wagner Magnete prepare for
increasing demand for modern magnet clamping technology.
The know-how of magnet specialists is still very much in demand by all important antifriction bearing manufacturers.
For the production of large bearings, magnet chucks are unrivalled and are head and shoulders above other mechanical
clamping methods.
Magnets allow low-tension and precise fastening during lathing and grinding work. Electrical permanent magnet chucks
only require electricity for switching on and off. During processing, no power is applied to the chucks are therefore
they are not subject to thermal expansion.
