Wagner metal detectors defy the crisis

"In spite of the financial crisis, we have experienced positive growth in sales with our metal detectors" states Gerhard Wagner, Business Manager at Wagner Magnete in Heimertingen. "With our new 653 series, we really hit the target. In 2009, we will be able to again increase our sales figures in relation to the previous year."

Wagner Magnete manufacture extremely robust metal detectors that are extremely resistant to interference. All of the sensors of Wagner metal detectors have sheet metal housings that provide shielding and are optimized for challenging applications in power plants, gravel and cement plants and also in glass processing plants.

The new 650/2 control electronics unit offers a particularly high level of protection against dust, dirt and humidity. It is equipped with the most modern control electronics and uses clever evaluation algorithms to block out the material effects of iron ore and magnetite.
